Return & Exchange Policy (UAE Only)
We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy exclusively within the UAE. This means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:

With tags and in the original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return or Exchange:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation; unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to complete the refund process.
